Chiles & Sesame Beef

A fiery spice, chiles contain lots of different nutrients including potassium, beta carotenes and vitamin C. What makes the chile "hot" is something called capsaicin. This compound helps with circulation, inflammation, and anti-coagulation. Studies show that capsaicin blocks the production of cancer cells in the prostate.

Constant consumption of chiles helps lower insulin response after meals. It may also increase metabolic rate, which can help diabetics lose weight as well.

Quick tip: Chiles can help with psoriasis and eczema when applied in a cream/ointment. Never touch your face near you eyes when chopping them up.
